The Founders of Online Insurance Services have been around since the creation of the Industry. The systems they've developed over the years have resulted in the generation of Hundreds of Millions of Premium Production.

Creative guidance is provided by Kent Merrell of MR Direct in Salt Lake City. Kent is the owner and president of this award winning (30+ Echo Awards) Direct Marketing Agency and is the partner in Olins responsible for Creative Development. Kent's 30 years of experience and his team of designers and artists are available for all aspects of direct marketing design.

Pedro Nogueiro provides the direction behind Olins' lead generation methodology. He and Bill Herring have created lead programs that over the past 20 years have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance premiums.

Technology is under the direction of Bill Herring and Randall Achziger who are responsible for the development of the Olins Agent Marketing System that is the heart of Olins business model. This unique application allows Olins to provide a complete Prospect/Lead/Client Marketing Solution to individual agents and companies without the cost of management associated with other programs. This program includes a complete lead distribution and tracking capability as part of the basic application.

Print Production is handled by Rod Christensen and Ed Chen in Salt Lake City and is produced on multiple Xerox lasers and MCS Match Mailing systems. For production efficiency, Olins partners with IWCO in large quantity (500M and greater) mailing programs. Olins specializes in smaller quantity, highly personalized mailings for agents.

Fulfillment is handled by Eva Leavitt in Salt Lake City and is an integral part of the Olins Agent Marketing System. We can handle everything from simple premium fulfillment to detailed variable copy personalized agent responses to inquiries through the technology developed specifically for the Agent Marketing System. This includes Mail, Web and Phone receipt of responses and both electronic and physical distribution of leads as required by the client.
